By using this website or renting equipment from JP's Portable Restroom, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and Rentals

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to availability, site access, and confirmation. Rental periods, servicing frequency, and pricing are agreed before delivery and confirmed in your rental agreement.

Site Access and Placement

The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal access to the placement location and for obtaining any permits required for the site or event. Units must remain accessible to our service vehicle for scheduled servicing and pickup.

Care of Equipment

Rented units remain the property of JP's Portable Restroom. The customer is responsible for damage, loss, or misuse occurring during the rental period beyond normal wear.
